Hello Beauties!! I hope that everyone had a great weekend! It is officially 2 weeks past my eye surgery which means it is now OK for me to wear eye make up. The first look I wanted to do after my surgery is to do a look with the e.l.f Ariel (The Little Mermaid) Beauty book. I love the palette and think it is awesome for the summer! I incorporated quite a few of the eyeshadows to create my first look using the palette. Below is a step by step instruction and illustration on how I came up with today's look. I recommend this palette for anyone's collection. The eyeshadows have good staying power when using a primer underneath. With some of the colors, you really have to add a couple layers of shadow for bold look. They can be pretty sheer. I was especially impressed with the lip gloss. It is such a pretty pink and has great staying power. I am curious to try other e.l.f glosses to see if they last just as long and has the same great formula! This palette can be found at Walgreens.
Love,
Rebecha

First I applied Urban Decay Eye Primer Potion in Anti Aging all over my lids and up to my brow bone.
1) I used the light shade "Sand Dollar" on the inner corners of my eyes
2) I applied the shade "Coral Reef" on the inner 3/4 of my lids.
3) I used "Tropical Wave" on the outer 1/4 of my lids
4) I applied "Seaweed" into the crease and slightly above the crease
5) Using a blending brush, I applied "Siren Song" lightly above my crease to blend the colors.
6) I applied "Brilliant Sea" into the outer "V" of my eye for more depth.
I finished with black eyeliner on the top eyelashes and a teal liner on the bottom lashes. I added a coat of mascara and applied Salon Perfect eyelashes in Demi Whispies. I really hope that you enjoy this look. Please share what you have come up with. I look forward to playing around with the other colors.
A Verse To Remember:
If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord", and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. ~Romans 10:9
