Hey beauties! Sorry I am a little late in posting my September Ispy Glam Bag. When I received my Ipsy bag, I got the Crown Brush but it was broke in half! I wanted to see how Ipsy would respond regarding the damaged goods. They responded well! They sent me another brush! I was concerned at first because I really wanted the brush and Ipsy said that I may not get the brush again as a replacement because of the high demand. Good news is that I got it and it is lovely! I received the replacement about 2 weeks after I received my initial order. I am really pleased with Septembers Glam Bag! It is so interesting to see the other items that others receive. I love that Ipsy sends you items based a questionnaire that you answer at the beginning of signing up! I love Ipsy!!!!
